Downingtown's Growing Beer Scene

Nearly a year ago now I looked around Downingtown and realized how great of a town it was for beer.

So I decided to try to write an article about it. I interviewed the owners of Station Taproom and Artisan Homebrew.

The article wasn't half bad, if I do say so myself. So I sent it to the Daily Local News, and Scenic Brews, a small online beer 'zine.

I never heard back from either of them, oh well. But today I was clicking around online and found that Scenic Brews published my article in their 2010 Fall/Winter Issue. It would have been nice if they told me, but they are notoriously bad at getting back to the writers who submit to their website.
